Gratmo collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), information clients provide when tipping (payment details processed by Stripe), and phone numbers that vendors add to send tip reminders.
If you are a client of a Gratmo vendor, you may receive SMS tip reminder messages after opting in by replying YES. Message frequency varies based on how often you use the vendor's services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
We use your information to provide and improve the Gratmo service, process tip payments, send SMS tip reminders you have opted into, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to send tip reminder messages from the vendor you opted in with.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Gratmo does not store your credit card or bank account information. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication to protect your data.
