By using Gratmo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gratmo is a tipping platform that allows independent service professionals ("vendors") to send clients a tip payment link via SMS. Clients can pay tips using Apple Pay or a credit card.
By replying YES to an opt-in message from Gratmo, you consent to receive SMS tip reminder messages from the vendor who added you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Gratmo charges vendors a 4.9% platform fee on each tip transaction. There are no monthly or setup fees. Stripe's standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are deducted directly from the vendor's payout.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Gratmo is not responsible for payment failures, disputes, or chargebacks. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
You may not use Gratmo for fraudulent transactions, spam, or any unlawful purpose. Vendors are responsible for ensuring client phone numbers are accurate and that clients have given consent to receive messages.
Gratmo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
